We reserve the right to make amendments to our Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business or statutory obligations. Users should check our terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with latest version.

These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Safety

All our toys comply with EC Toy Safety regulations and where appropriate carry the CE mark. Some of our products are not toys and are labelled “not a toy”. Please note no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. This is due to products containing small parts which can cause choking. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the age of the child to whom you give the party bags or any products you may purchase from us. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that our products are not given to anyone who could suffer an allergic reaction to or be harmed by any of our products. If products are supplied with warning labels, please do not remove the warning label before handing out any party bags of products purchased from us.

Payment

Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit / Debit card.

All our prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

Additional Information

No items are shipped during weekends and bank holidays, orders placed will be shipped on the next working day. We do not offer Saturday / Sunday delivery. Unfortunately some delivery locations: Scottish highlands, UK Islands or remote postcodes may be subject to a longer transit time than stated for the service(s) we offer.

Collection

We do offer the option for collection of orders from Ruislip, Middlesex. Select “collection” at check out and contact us to arrange a suitable collection time. 

International Deliveries

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Late Delivery

Unfortunately there are occasions beyond our control when your order may be delayed in transit. These include dangerous weather conditions or courier vehicle breakdown. We therefore request that you always allow an extra day when ordering.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

“A-Little-Something-For-You” will do their utmost to make sure all goods are delivered undamaged at all times. “A-Little-Something-For-You” will not be held responsible for any goods broken by the child or alike. Anything damaged upon receipt, must be reported, confirmed by e-mail to info@alittlesomethingforyou.co.uk and returned within 30 days. A replacement or replacements or a refund for the amount of which the goods are worth will be given if our company deem the return is genuine and warranted.

Trade Description Act

“A-Little-Something-For-You” have done everything we can to ensure that all descriptions and photography are accurate but slight variation in size, design, colour and packaging may occur. All sizes are approximate.

Copyright

Under no circumstances must our boxes, party bags and favours, website and images be copied or reproduced in any form prior to written consent from “A-Little-Something-For-You”.

Complaints 

“A-Little-Something-For-You” hope you are happy with our products and services, but please contact us immediately with any complaints you may have about “A-Little-Something-For-You”, our products or service and we will strive to respond with 72 hours to discuss any issues.

Validity

“A-Little-Something-For-You” reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate. Customers are advised to ensure they have read the most recent terms before purchasing from us.
